The Regional Map
This map is not new. The Lay Pastors Ministry put this together many years ago to fascilitate networking among churches in the different regions.
Let’s build on this network and be available to other churches in our areas.. We can learn so much from each other whether we have an active "Lay Pastors Ministry" or other types of
Jesus said, "I am the good Shepherd, I know my own and my own know me." John 10:14
I know these words are helpful for a Lay Pastor. Can they also be helpful to the LPMI Network? How can we know the different Lay Pastoral Ministries in Churches around the country? How can we know our Ministry Friends around the world? We have so many different ways of communicating and sharing ideas. My problem is that I spend more time figuring out how to do something than actually doing it.
Here are my thoughts: We must be able to say, "We are LPMI. We know our Churches and our Churches know us. We have International Friends. We must get to know them also. There are Churches that do not have a Lay Pastoral Ministry. We must also make ourselves known to them."
We want your input. Let’s get to know each other.
